The Fine Print

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Fill your cart with your favorite DEFINE23PAPERIE products.

Initial order amount: $150

Reorder amount: $100

Minimum order quantity: 6 per design  

 

SPECIFICATIONS:
Cards are designed and printed in the USA. Each individual card is A2 size (4.25" x 5.5"), blank inside and packaged with a coordinating envelope in an open top, clear plastic sleeve. We are happy to ship without plastic sleeves, just let us know.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
We accept all major credit cards. 

Price listed does not include shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and all orders will be charged at the time of shipment.  

Charges for shipping are dependent on the weight and size of order as determined by shipping carrier. All orders are shipped from Chicagoland via USPS.

 

TURNAROUND TIME:
We do our best to ship your order within 7-10 business days. Please contact wholesale@define23.com for expedited shipping options. DEFINE23PAPERIE is not responsible for carrier damage or delays.

 

BACKORDERS
If an item is on backorder you will receive an email with instructions when it is back in stock.

 

RESALE:
DEFINE23PAPERIE products are not allowed to be resold on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy, or any other 3rd party transacting website. Designs must be sold with attribution to DEFINE23PAPERIE and are not allowed to be white labeled. All of our products must be sold in their original packaging.

 

RETURNS:
All sales are final. If you receive incorrect items, let us know within three days of receiving you order at wholesale@define23.com. Return unused items in the original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. 

 

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. Once an order has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
